Who I am and how I work

I'm a chartered industrial engineer (COGITILPA no. 3919) and I've been working independently in Fuerteventura for 13 years, with over 500 files processed between town halls, the Industry department and ITV stations. When you write to me, I'm the one who answers. As simple as that: one person who knows your file from start to finish.

After 13 years of daily dealings with the island's town halls, Industry and the ITVs, I know how each authority works in practice, not just on paper. That lets me anticipate problems before filing anything and give you realistic estimates instead of promises.

How I work

• No smoke: if your case doesn't need a project, I'll say so; if it isn't viable, too.

Two lines of work, one standard

I handle two kinds of work: building & energy (opening licences, energy certificates, installation projects, solar PV and building legalisation in Fuerteventura) and vehicles (homologations and reduced technical sheets, online across the Canaries). In both, the standard is the same: paperwork right first time and clear communication.
