2. What data is collected and why

The forms on this site (contact, vehicle quote, certificate calculator and assistant) collect only the data you provide: name, email, phone, island or municipality, vehicle or property details and your case description, plus any files you attach voluntarily.

The sole purpose is to answer your request and prepare the quote or information you ask for. Your data is not used for advertising or added to mailing lists.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (the checkbox on each form) and pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties. Messages arrive at the owner's mailbox, hosted by this site's hosting provider acting as processor. No international transfers.

5. Retention

As long as needed to handle your request and, if it becomes an engagement, for the periods required by tax and professional-liability law. Otherwise, data is deleted once the conversation closes.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@tmfingenieria.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only temporary browser storage (sessionStorage) so you don't lose what you type in the vehicle form; that information never leaves your browser.
